Oh, no! Is this what I have to look forward to in lvl 3. Planks and pushups are killing me in lvl 2. Does she give the upper arms a bit of a rest on lvl 3 and focus more on legs? I do like the variations of moves and the warmups in ripped in 30- much less repetitive than shred.0

I have found this week really challenging but like all of them I can do a little more each time. Stick with it, you'll be fine!
ETA: sorry to say no she doesn't take it easy on the arms, it's equal opportunity toughness on arms and legs :ohwell:0
