Today I stayed away from 10 large boxes of candy at work. The top quality candy as we are across the street from a candy shop. LOL my mom says she has noticed our tellers are all getting chunky. Yep have to agree. :D

Kind of Yes and Kind of No - I didn’t EXERCISE as I have a 13 hrs work day, but I was active moving around cleaning... so that’s my kind of part. Good on Calories and Tracking.

3 mile dog walk and then took MG on another 5 mile Wetlands Walk. We saw cyclists, runners, heavy plant machinery, work men and lots of other dogs. She did so well and has no prey drive which is just wonderful. She sniffed and sniffed and sniffed, it was a joy to watch…

Yikes!! Almost forgot to check in for yesterday! Yes to all 3... walked to and from work (1hour each way); tracked everything (including the wine) and stayed under ... luckily I planned in the walks to cater for the wines! Got my priorities straight for once!

P.s my yesterday = your today. Whaaaaaat?! Yeah that’s right...I’m living in the future.

Exercise: yes, one hour boot camp

Calories: no, I slightly went over. My goal is to only eat back workout calories on weekends, so this is my third pass I believe.

Yes x 3, heavy weightlifting. I had a mentally/emotionally exhausting workday, with lengthy meetings. I'm an introvert, and the big egos and competitiveness of my colleagues wears me out. Hitting the weight room afterwards was the perfect medicine. It put me back in my body, and relieved the mental fatigue and low spirit.
