yes x3 today, ran to work and popped into the community garden for a bit over an hour as well.
need to find some filling snacks for at work... i got pretty nibbly today and didn't have many options.3 -
Yesterday was just one of those days I was on the drawer side in drive thru where you send a drawer out and not the tube through a vaccum. Motor died on the drawer I ended up stuffing envelopes and telling people I'm sorry this lane is broken while it was being fixed. Lol. My coworker ended the day with 200 transactions me 22.She goes let's see what you can break tomorrow.5

I’ve already got my exercise today. Walked our dogs for 3 miles and then took my Neighbour’s dog for a 5 mile walk over The Wetlands. She did great again and we saw a pair of White Faced Ibis, you can just about make one out in the centre of the photo sitting in a log

Happy Fat Tuesday! Yes for all today!
Exercise: walk 30 minutes with my friends
Calorie: yes! Went to Mardi Gras party, only had low country boil, didn’t eat other snacks and king cake; no alcohol or soda either, just water!

I wish I enjoy taking my dog for walks, love her but she pulls hard and easily distracted (Hound mix), might have to take her to training classes.4 -

I did the new workout from my smiling but demanding trainer. (He somehow manages that even when I'm working out at home and I only see him once a month). It went well, and then I cleaned stalls and brought in the horses.
I have a new sport for the winter Olympics - wheelbarrow 50 metre sprint on ice, dump on high manure pile, sprint back to barn. I think the horses were laughing at me. At least it's light out when I bring them in now!5 -

The gummy bears sitting in my room have been tempting me... but after eating several too many today, I just threw the rest in the trash! Yay me!5 -
Uuuugh. Pass day #2. Not over by much, but my husband pulled out gummy candies this evening and I got to snacking. I had already finished my logging for the day and was on track.. really should have brushed my teeth before sitting down for a show!3

I put in a full day and then had a great time delivering 4 Valentines cards to my grandchildren. So much fun!

I was a bit disappointed not to get my cardio in today, but I’m happy that I at least made it to the gym between classes to lift weights. I plan on bringing my flashcards to the treadmill the next two mornings. It’s been a crazy two weeks of tests, but exercise has helped keep the stress down. Still, a few more days until I’m in the clear.
