Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, lots workout today
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
"drop by drop the bucket gets full" Yeah!!! more than 1/4 drop in this February bucket.3 -
Pass #1. I exercised hard, ate reasonably most of the day, but couldn't bring myself to track. Then, given that I wasn't tracking, I figured I may as well enjoy myself and ate a big fat chocolate eclair. Back on the program tomorrow.1

Pass day today, did get a walk in but went over in calories. Felt my knee more than I expected to walking today1
