    @jugar Don’t be ashamed to count your very physical barn chores and horseback activities as exercise! I’m a 67 year old “fair weather” rider. In the green season, I lose weight due to those two activities. I don’t know where you live but “jugar” or “to play” is what horses mean to me

    Yes x3. Got in a 35 minute kickboxing/upper body strength workout before I started feeling a little off. My kids have been sick this week and I’m starting to think I might not be able to avoid it!

    I love to horseride although I have only done it a handful of times and I am certainly not a nutural.

    Here’s a fun fact, I learned to ride a horse in Melbourne Australia back in 1988. I was taught by a farmer that bred Clydesdales. The horse was huge and he taught me to ride without a saddle. I’ve never ridden bareback since because I can just about stay in in the saddle! :Do:)
