Pass Day #1
Just decided to spend time chatting with my husband most of the day instead of counting calories and exercising.
Tomorrow is back to the real world. Working, logging, exercising...1 -

I love to horseride although I have only done it a handful of times and I am certainly not a nutural.
Here’s a fun fact, I learned to ride a horse in Melbourne Australia back in 1988. I was taught by a farmer that bred Clydesdales. The horse was huge and he taught me to ride without a saddle. I’ve never ridden bareback since because I can just about stay in in the saddle!3 -

I had grilled white fish at a local restaurant. It was served with a delicious kale salad and rice chock full of veggies. It is so nice that a place that used to have nothing but fried food and bad choices has stepped up their menu options

Sorry for late post, but had a bad two days...out of winner's circle but I'm going to track every day and just try to be my best one day at a time.
Tuesday actually started really well, walked twice for 30-45 minutes each with my friend and also with my mother-in-law. Business as usual, eating well, planned ahead and had plenty calories left for supper. Then not sure what's going on, I just kept eating like I just don't care about anything else (nothing really happened though), did count everything but for sure it's over my calorie budget, fortunately I did have some sense of not eating ramen noodles or extra unhealthy things because I didn't have any of those at home.. As bad as it was, I did track everything.
So... Pass day 3 for Feb 6
