Hurray...I'm back and pleased to be joining all of you this month! Late start with 2 pass days as we just returned home at 1:00AM today. Yes X 3 for me today. Here are some hints as to where we have been. We did get lots of exercise!

Yes x3. When there’s a dump of snow overnight, it builds the workout into my day. 25 minutes of shovelling then another 25 of sledding. The hill was pure ice under the fresh snow so trying to climb up resulted in a lot of slipping and laughing and using all sorts of rarely used muscles. If only it weren’t -34, we would have lasted out there a lot longer!5

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, took the dogs to the dog park and walked around while they romped. My Fitbit recognized 35 minutes of active time. I also got more than 10,000 total steps just with daily activities.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.- 9:34 p.m Hungry right now, hope I don’t have to come back and change it. I have enough calories in the bank for my “evening smoothie”

I've always used something similar .... (drop by drop) water erodes the rock.

For the first time since I can remember, I didn’t exercise today. Not even a dog walk. I had chores to do that I had to start early and then just before I was coming home, I took a turn. I have had severe stomach pain since mid afternoon, so I’ve been resting. Hoping to feel better in the morning, the pups will need to be walked whether I do or not…6 -

Amazing! I had actually already decided to preplan today as a pass day since we were going to hubby's bday dinner. I planned to cut loose. But once we got there the naughty things I wanted weren't even on the menu! So I had a salad instead of blowing it on something just to indulge. Hmm.... Thanks, accountability groups! Lol8 -

I am so hoping that I can post even though I already have 3 pass days (including today). I need to keep track & be accountable and you all are very inspiring. I didn't do well in the January challenge, but it did help me to get more exercise in & to be at or under in calories more often than I have been in a very long time.

Exercised?: Yes (5 hours moving boxes of weight equipment, putting the new weight equipment together and moving it around the gym area to find just the right spot. Also spent about 10 minutes using some of the new weights.)
