I always have cans of organic beans and tomatoes. Most canned organics and less sodium than regular canned items.1

I’ve always got tinned tomatoes, sweet corn, beans and pulses. Loads of rice, pasta and noodles. Also, different types of seasonings.1

I always have corn, fruit and homemade beans in my freezer. Oats, millet, tofu, potatoes are always around too.2

I always stock dried pulses and beans, mung bean noodles, chickpea pasta, various seeds, nuts, seaweed, pea protein, marinara, vegetable broth, cocoa, vinegar, soy flour, besan flour, masa, soya wadi, spring roll wrappers, oats, quinoa, and loads of spices.3

I buy 50lb bags of dry beans and 25lb bags of rice (the instant pot cooks dry beans in 35 minutes without pre-soaking!). I also like to have a variety of hot sauces nutritional yeast, miso, raw sunflower seeds and almonds, good balsamic, chili pepper vinegar, imagine's "no-chicken" low sodium veggie broth - a variety of fresh and frozen veggies and fruit, oats onions and potatoes.
I also always have a freezer stash of soups and stews. I make large batches and save them in ball jars.3 -
Banza pasta made from chickpeas. Good to have on hand for a quick dinner. Also a good way to sneak in some protein.2

I like bean based pastas (either tolerant or pow) and I keep eden beans (kidney, black, aduki usually) on hand for when i'm too lazy to cook from dry.1
