Good morning ! Hopefully the journey to a better you is off to a great start! I have read that meal planning plays an important factor in the success of weight loss. As I completed my meal plans for the week I thought I would share with you my meal plan as well as an amazing low fat / low calorie Olive Garden Copy Cat soup. My meals this week include:
Skyline Cheese coneys (with turkey dogs it’s somewhat of a cheat)
Grilled pork tenderloin
Flatout pizzas (less than 400 calories)
Salad and Copy Cat Zuppa Toscana soup
