Getting motivated

Ok, so, no judging.
My problem is that I really procrastinate at the moment. I am up at 4:30 am in the mornings (with the intention of getting busy either running, cycling or gymn) then I facebook, whatsapp, check mail and by the time I'm done its 6 o'clock. Then its go time, shower, breakfast, lunch, drop kid at creche and to work. The same happens in the afternoon and weekends do not treat me kindly.

Last year I undertook to get fit, loose the weight and love myself (@95-100kg)more. That was before personal tragedy struck and everything just spiralled out of control. In the first three months of training just before easter I drop 15kg from 135 down to 120. For almost a year without real regular exercise I have managed to get into a weight zone between 120-125.

If there are guys who want to get together in George area to form a support/ training group, then pls let me know.
