How is transition going? What recipes do you love? What new foods have you tried and enjoyed?

    A great and new recipe I have tried on whole grains week was Herbed Quinoa by Giada De Laurentiis. I would like to share it with all of you. It makes 4 servings. I found it on food network.com. Low in calories and only takes 25 minutes to make from start to finish. It is very refreshing with a lovely lemon taste. I have saved it for future maintenance to use down the road on my healthy lifestyle journey along with several other delicious recipes shared by Emily. I particularly enjoyed the artichoke recipe she gave us. Every day is a new adventure and staying the course is paying off in spades for this journey we are on. Have a great week everyone!!
