HELP PLEASE... - How can I do this?

Hi, I want to use MFP to track food (am trialing MFP premium currently and food info is excellent) but use my fitbit tracker and fitbit to track everything else. I am very confused with setting everything up to do this, and any guidance would help me greatly! Have only had fitbit 3 weeks and still learning all about fitness, health etc so aplogies if this is in wrong discussion.....

Connect your Fitbit to MFP and make sure you have the same rate of loss set on both, steps coming from Fitbit, and negative calories enabled. Most people suggest setting MFP up to sedentary, but it's a personal preference (I always had it on lightly active for a higher base calories to start with, but in the end your total calories will be the same). Log all of your food on here and let Fitbit take care of your exercise. Read the FAQ at the top of this group for any additional information.1
