Phase 2

Hey challengers. Speaking for the coaches, we’re very impressed with everyone’s efforts and there are some amazing results already.
Hulsty is down 18 lbs so far !! Well done
Most challengers have met multiple times with the coaches and as a result have progressed onto phase-2 of the Fitness side. As your exercising picks up, take advantage of getting together with other challengers for your workouts and push each other to new personal bests. You’ll find that you can achieve far more than you ever thought possible with the added motivation of pushing each other through the tough parts. As an example of that, Adnan, Karina and myself walked out of the cardio room at 0600 this morning on wobbly spaghetti legs !! Whew !!
Keep up the good work and take advantage of the coaches. Text them as often as you want. Some challengers are meeting several times a week for one on one full workouts.
When the coaches see that you’re comfortable with phase-1 they’ll change, tweak and add things to nudge you into phase-2
