Help please...

What did you all do so that it lets us know when you've lost weight, etc.? I can't remember any of this stuff. I've lost since the last time I was here (that wouldn't have been hard, though.....) but why didn't I get credit for it? Inquiring minds need to know!

    Go to 'my home' and choose 'check in'. You can put in weight and measurements. Then when you update the information it will display changes like weight loss. Go to 'my home' and 'goals' to set your goals and get calories per day etc.

    I have mine set up with a goal of losing 1.5 pounds per week. I put in that I was mot completely sedentary (I stand and move around at my job all day, so not sitting) and I am now at somewhere around 1550 calories per day. Instead of focusing on a weight loss goal (although I will weigh and measure myself), I am focusing on achieving calorie goal and exercising 5 hours a week. Figure if I can do that, weight loss will follow. Am at it tomorrow.
