I hope this is okay to create a thread for February. I plan on continuing to check-in as long as a few others are because it helps me a lot.

Completely wacky day. Dead car battery. No exercise today and I ate very non-nutritious food for snack and dinner. Tomorrow will be much better!

Leisurely walk for an hour. Meant to go for another one but was just so worn out from not sleeping well last night.

It wasn’t too bad. Took about 15 minutes to do. I’m sore today though!

I think any movement and getting things done can be exercise...especially if it’s out of the ordinary. Cleaning has made me sore many times!

That's a very good point! I wasn't just sitting on the couch all day :)

C25K Week 3 Day 3. I ran with someone new today - I'm excited and grateful to be able to jog postpartum and to have found a potential jogging buddy.
