I hope this is okay to create a thread for February. I plan on continuing to check-in as long as a few others are because it helps me a lot.

Completely wacky day. Dead car battery. No exercise today and I ate very non-nutritious food for snack and dinner. Tomorrow will be much better!0

I think any movement and getting things done can be exercise...especially if it’s out of the ordinary. Cleaning has made me sore many times!
