Calories and Macros?

                    I’m having a difficult time eating enough vegan calories.  I preplan my food in MFP and never seem to be able to finish 1200 calories in a day.  I’m full!  Also, my carbs are always at least 60% or more and about 20% for fat and 20% for protein.  What is ideal or does it even matter?  I’m 45 years old, 5’7”, 138 lbs, moderately active.

            That sounds ideal for macros, but you should aim for more calories imo. I get about 1,500 or more a day I am 5'5" 124 lbs 29 yrs. choose complex carbs like bobs red Mill 10 grain hot cereal for breakfast with a handful of walnuts, add some peanut butter with apples, whole grain toast, brown rice, etc...more energy, nutrients, fiber, and calories, but healthy ones!0
