Major muscle cramps; legs, feet, abdomen, back, arms. Staying hydrated but cramps getting worse and more frequent.
Thyroid is off, anemic, CK levels elevated but doctors have offered no relief yet.
No wonder they are called practitioners.
Doctors receptionist does not understand why I do not want to go sit in waiting area full of folks with flu.
    Vent over.
    Enjoy the Day,
    Sam I am

So sorry Sam . Hope you can get some relief . Mine are frequent in legs, toes, hands, and fingers. Dr suggested trying vit D which nelped her. Sending Ts&Ps your way and all our BBBers w pain.
Been more tired and yes grumpier since my thankfully brief flu bout.

    Good Morning!

Sam, remembering you in prayer today! I hope you get to feeling better soon!

Well, being the good bean counter that I am, I have started to look at end of January numbers. I lost 2.6 pounds in January. Not the fastest pace, but certainly the right direction! I also ran more miles in January, than I have in any month in the last four years. More importantly, I have managed to avoid injury so far! I am still liking participating in Noom.com. I think that the program is helping me. It is very much like WW.

    Have a great day!

Good Morning. I am sorry Sam. Praying peace over your body. Sometimes experiencing the Dr's office only makes it worse since it adds aggravation to the pain of getting there and being.

Up early this AM with DW to take something for pain so I could be amazed at the lunar eclipse which was thoughtful enough to be viewable from our front door. Amazing to stare at in the darkness.

No eclipse on East Coast. Too much fog from politicians... Lunar eclipses are amazing. Sam, hope you get some relief. I used to get leg cramps all the time till I started drinking milk (a WW thing). Not sure the connection... Ten deg. here this AM, but sunny. Might get some shiners and go fishing. I took my stick stove for a hike again Monday and brought the grill attachment. Worked great after I got drier wood--bare (no bark) dead branches up off the ground. Made 2 turkey burgers. Mmmm.

DS David has back issues. Xray shows out of line various places, has been to docs and PT's, now chiropractor, who wants to do 68 sessions; insurance will cover only 20.

    Good morning gentlemen.

Envy you, Bill. Astronomical events occuring during the winter months are rarely visible up here in the land of endless gloom. Neither the moon nor the eclipse of same were to be seen through the cloud cover - even if I had gotten up to do so.

Hope things improve for you, Sam.
