    Exercised: Yes...3 hour hike on Mount Rainer today. It was so beautiful being out there with nature and got really nice pictures of the waterfalls.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes! Today is my 53rd birthday and with the help of my boyfriend and Mom, I enjoyed a very healthy day of eating and exercising.
