    Good Morning!

Dave, praying that all is going to be OK with your wife.

Busy, busy day today. Still don't have the year closed, but getting closer. Boss and I talked yesterday. We'll talk after the first of next week about getting me some different help. Receptionist is 91. I don't mean her ill, but it is past time for her to retire. We just are not getting the work we need, at the level we need. Somehow still makes me feel like a rat. She has worked here 35 years. She really does need to retire. The office manager is 80. She also needs to consider retirement!

Connie is playing the organ at church this evening, so our valentine's will be tomorrow. Restaurants will be less crowded anyway.

    Have a great day!

    Good morning gentlemen.

Isaw an article that said Valentine's Day is the worst day of the year to eat out, because restaurants are overbooked. The result is rushed cooking, poor service, noise. DW and I are staying home and I am cooking her dinner. I have a couple nice ribeyes to throw on the grill.

I finally have my appointment to see the hand specialist, this morning. Very curious to see whether there is any reasonable course forward. Of course, my thumbs feel pretty good, this morning. Ain't that the way it always goes?

Dave, good luck with the hand doctor. No fun being hindered from doing all the things we need to do with our hands.

Went early this morning to a monastery up the road for Ash Wednesday services. Peaceful place...

Hope to track better in coming days. Just staying conscious of what is going on foodwise is a major help.

Going for a hike today after a webinar on Medicaid this morning.

DS got his official letter from the Post Office, starts work the 26th. Fingers crossed for him.

Good Morning! Glad to hear the Oncologist visit went well Bob. Dave I hope the hand doc has some insight and a plan for your hands. Congrats to DS Mike!

We rarely go out on Valentines since it is crowded, you have to make reservations well in advance, and it is midweek. Perhaps this weekend if I am feeling OK. But I will make a special dinner tonight. Today finds me again trying to reorganize the spare bedroom before my Son comes home. I am hoping the back/nerve issues cooperate. They were testy yesterday morning.

Yeah Dave that seems to be tne case with seeing a Dr or taking a car in for a strange noise.
I like my oncologist a lot.
Fingers and toes crossed for your DS Mike and his new job.
