Pregnancy (and wt gain) After Surgery

Looking for any information on women who have had pregnancies post surgery.
Background - I had surgery in Aug 2015, and am now 23 weeks pregnant with my first child. Unfortunately, my surgeon's office closed about a year ago, and if I wanted to continue seeing my nutritionist I would have to travel over an hour each way. Pre-pregnancy I was still about 50 lbs from my goal weight.
Here's the dilemma - At 23 weeks, I have still not gained any weight - in fact, I'm trying to gain back the weight I lost during the first 16 weeks or so. Should I be concerned? My ob/gyn wasn't too concerned back at the 16 week mark, but when I met with a specialist at last week (for other reasons) he was concerned that the surgery could affect the growth of the baby. I see my ob-gyn again next week, but in the meantime I am just looking for reassurance from anyone who has gone through a similar situation!

Hi, I haven't had the experience you are having but you might want to ask your question in this group as well, I think it gets a bit more traffic -

Hello, just wanted to say I’ve had a successful pregnancy and delivery post surgery... my doctors never mentioned my sleeve being an issue at all. I hope that eases yours nerves some in the meantime. ... I would assume that so long as you make yourself eat enough calories per day it shouldn’t affect the baby. ?0
