    Hi

I live in Sydney, Australia and have just finished Prolon FMD. I’m in my mid 40s and am trying to pause my biological clock. Lol. I did FMD Friday - Tuesday. I felt at my worst on day 2 and has lots of food cravings on day 4, but all up it went well. I am just so pleased I could complete the diet and not cave!

I joined MFP mid October with great resolve to get fit & eat well and have lost 20.5kg/45lb in total. The last 2.5kg/5.5lb were lost in the last 5 days doing FMD. I’m pleased with the rate of my loss which is over 1kg/2lb a week. Will slow it down now as I’m closer to my weight goal.

I plan to do FMD again in May.

I’m at the end of “transition” day today and am feeling very good after feeling a little light headed throughout the day.

I live in Austin, Texas. A few weeks ago, I saw a documentary that featured Victor Longo. I hunted down his book, and am now out to try the FMD. I have been working on my health and weight* all year. I am happy to try fasting as a way to further improve health.

    * 52 pounds down, just 73 to go

I live in the Netherlands and I am new on MFP.
I just started the Longevity diet as described in Valter Longo's book.
Because I need to loose a lot of weight I will do a FMD cycle once a month, starting next week.
I wonder if there is anyone on MFP who is following the Longivety diet and/or the FMD.
