    Hey Fivestarlight! What I did was to get the supervisor who works at my gym to write me up a personal workout schedule. It's definitely been very beneficial especially when i moved deeper into veganism because it gave me a mental focus while my body was adjusting to the new type of nutrition. Maybe it might help you...

    How is the personal training by the way?

    Hi all! I'm looking to shed some weight and be more consistent with training so started MFP up again, fresh.

    I primarily sport climb and indoor boulder but looking to get outdoors more!

    Also, I think my portion sizes are too big! I eat 670+ calories worth of porridge today :( so gotta fix that...
