    Latest weigh in 220lbs that's a total of 4 lbs in about 1-1/2 weeks, Started my breakfast shakes, 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder, frozen fruit, 1tablespoon of peanut butter. I will keep you updated. I also plan on cutting my meat consumption down to 3-4 days a week

    Lost half a pound so far..I messed up yesterday and had chicken nuggets so yeah that pretty much ruined the progress.

    The funny thing about chicken nuggets, is they don't contain chicken except in the title lol. But a 1/2 lb is a 1/2 lb good job and keep moving forward. I am proud of you

    Happy beginning of March! I just made it into the 100 club! Feeling nervous about the scale tipping back to 200 so I will be eating lighter meals this week. I try to work out every day. Let's do this ;)
