I do Karate 2 nights a week and a combination of cardio kickboxing/ weightlifting and yoga 4-5 days a week. BOD (Beachbody on demand) is a great option because for 100$ a year you can work out anytime in your own home. I pay enough for karate that I can’t afford a gym membership on top of that.2
