Starting this out again.

I am vegan and gave been on and off raw for the past 5 years. I stick with it for a couple of months and then go off because of cost to be able to eat enough to get the right amount of calories in. I'm on food stamps and my allowance for food is 290 a month. I also live in Benson and the only two stores available to me is Wal-Mart and Safeway. I know I can get 40 lbs of bananas from Wal-Mart for like $25.
I also need advise on what to get and eat each day to make sure that I stick to the 80/10/10 ratios. In the past I've been able to get close but it's never exactly 80/10/10. For example the carbs will be higher by 3 or 4 points and the other two will be low. Also do I limit calories still if I'm trying to lose weight? I'm currently 150 and my goal weight is 105 I'm 5ft 1 in.
Sorry if I'm asking to many questions I just want to get it right this time and be able to stick with this for the rest of my life.
