fitbit not syncing with MFP

MFP used to automatically add my steps into my Diary under Exercise, and it no longer does. I made sure that my fitbit is connected under the "Apps & Devices" section, but it still does not connect and add my steps. Does anyone else have this problem, or know how I can fix it on my end. Thanks.

Is your MFP app setting for Step source set to Fitbit?

I too am having the same problem. I enter all my exercise and food on MFP and NOTHING gets synched to Fitbit. I have never experienced such poor coordination and I am canceling my trial for premium membership. I wouldn't pay this company 1 cent for such poor service and development. This is the message I am getting as well "Another MyFitnessPal account has already been linked to this Fitbit account. Only one account may be linked at once." It's absurd that MFP links itself to FITBIT which is a fairly responsive company. NONE of MFP's recommendations work. They are an insult to my weight loss efforts and should just shut themselves down and stop promoting their connection to FitBit. Over the past week, my cortisol has skyrocketed thus sabotaging my efforts. It's not worth the aggravation. Fitbit may not be as developed in the nutrition lists but I will do my best to encourage their improvement. How many devices does one need to track steps? All MFP does is sync with my iPhone which is not attached to my hip. I never asked for my iPhone to sync with MFP. Conversely, my FitBit is always attached to my wrist. Get it together MFP if you want to stay in business. You've currently lost me.

Only MFP can fix that issue - you cannot.

And if it wasn't your account - they won't for you.

Fitbit may have to initiate it on their end.

    But you can't fix it.
