    I love Eat To Live and we have been following it’s principles for about a decade :) Thanks for sharing your story ! I am looking for a simple weight training program I can do at home that is under thirty minutes :) Any suggestions?

    Awesome!! Who is this? I can’t tell by your username lol! I don’t have any weights st home so I tend to do cardio and calisthenics on home workout days. Anyone else know of something?

    Thanks so much for the tips!! I love weights and hate cardio but I add it in of course! I prefer cardio weight training than straight cardio
