Prayers for you for your surgery today, David! And gentle hugs, too!
    Stay safe in Houston, Steph.
I'm glad you're all electrified again, Skip. I don't think we've ever lost power here ... that would suck.
Steve, you sound like my Dh. He won't go to the doctor, either. It kinda drives me nuts, because he gets sick often. He was sick all weekend, which was kinda good because that freed me up to stay home for most of it and do wedding stuff. My list of things to do is sooooooooooooooo long!
Kelly, good for you for being back to healthy food! Do you feel better when you're on program? I usually do.
Sam, it sounds like you had fun with the grandkids!
Raine, what is the sign for? We're making a 4 x 8 donut wall for the wedding ... it's going to be cool! They're doing Krispy Cremes instead of a cake. Weddings have gotten so much more creative in recent years!
Mary, I want to see pics of that family tree wall, okay? It sounds amazing!

    Morning~

Good luck today, SGM! Sending T&Ps to you......Good luck too, for DW driving you to/fro!

Busy day yesterday. Met with realtor last night who pronounced he recommends a price drop. That didn't go well! Open House this weekend then we will reconsider options. Ugh....

KK cake is a neat idea!

Lou - watch those Metra Air Biscuits..... And I though the rudest people in the world were here in DC. Another reason I hate public transit! Thanks for the shrinkage joke. That was a great Seinfeld episode. Haaa

    Sam how you feeling?

Need me some AB & Tess pics!

Hope the snow passes you by, Raine/Tom! Send a pic of Tom's signage!

    Cheers

You, madam, personify everything that is right in America! By my math, that's at least 200 donuts. How are you going to keep them fresh for the guests? And, if I may be so bold to try to improve on Pinterest awesomeness, have some dipping sauces.

    Mornin' BBB.

Woo hoo! A Krispy Kreme wedding. But I can't get the imagery of the groomsmen and bridesmaids seeing which groomsman can hold the most donuts on his dagger out of my naughty mind. Inspired by Lou.

    Prayers for Dave.

Skip, that seems to be THE play for a lot of realtors. If you don't sell in first 3-6 months, reduce price. If you start high, you can always come down.

    Good Morning BBB.
David - we are all sending our surgery mojo to you.
The 4 x 8 sign is a real estate sale sign but a la Tom - meaning that it will get noticed. Tom started his career lettering rececars so you can read his signs, trucks, etc while moving past them. An art form.
Chiro and laser for Jack today - tuneup after the month away.
Lisa - I love the KK idea!
Bill - there is nothing fun about this house selling gig.
    Steph - safe travels.
Lee - batten down the hatches for round 2.
    Do good out there everyone.

    Good Morning BBB

"hmmmmm, donuts. Is there anything they can't do"

Not enough snow to call a snow day, darn I wanted one more big blast for the season and work from home.

Prayers for David today and a great recovery!

Good luck Bill and Raine, for sure selling is the pits, buying is the fun part.

Enjoy your spa day, Jack - ah the life of a star! Jack should star in the remake of Old Yeller

Lisa, you are so creative, dd2's wedding Im sure is going to be wonderful! What the color scheme? Whats their hashtag going to be - that's all the new craze now. They hashtag the wedding for instagram and snapchat posts....

    Safe travels Steph!

Raine, one of the guys on Men's Health likes to say that there is a 30% chance the forecast will be correct.

    Hugs to Jack.

    Good morning BBB friends.

Thanks for the well wishes. I have a late reporting time: 10:45 this morning. So I am up at sitting here, focusing on how much I want a cup of coffee, while stifled by the directive to eat or drink nothing after midnight.

Tomorrow, I'll be typing left handed. That should be fun.

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • Positive thoughts and prayers for David. DW had to fast last night too. Hers is just her annual exam.
    • If we are having KK donuts instead of cake does that mean coffee instead of champagne? Ok by me.
    • I'm picturing this colorful, tie-dyed for sale sign just north of Chicago.
    • I have my monthly WW WI today. Should be okay after a week of preparing.

    Good Morning!

    Late post today.

Dave, keeping you in prayer for your surgery this morning!

I still have a cough, but over-all, I'm starting to feel better. I'm going to give it another day or two before I try to start running again. Thank you all for the well wishes.

    Have a great day!

Steve - sorry you're still under the weather. Feel better soon!

KK with dipping sauces is a great idea (raspberry, lemon, chocolate, strawberry). There is a restaurant here that does this for a dessert tray - its quite popular!

Hope Jim feels better soon too, Lisa! ~skipper

I personally loved the huge Russian wedding ds1 stood up in recently, they had a huge vodka fountain, shots for everyone!

Wedding traditions are so fun! We Italians toast everyone upon entry to the dinner/reception with shots of Galliano, Amaretto, Salute! There is a sweet table of Italian cookies baked by the brides aunts/great aunts. I think the great aunts that did mine in 1985 were well into their 80-90 yrs old lol. There are also sugared Jordan almonds wrapped in tulle, as favors - for good luck!
