I'm on day 9 of the 21-day challenge, and I've lost 9 pounds so far. I'm doing so well that my daughter is joining me. Yesterday, we went to the gym and then stopped off at My Fit Foods for a snack. The food is really great! Is anyone else doing one of the challenges?
