Did tons of yardwork this weekend and I'm feeling it today. On track with water and eating healthy except for the weekends. Still trying to figure that out. I weigh in tomorrow, keeping fingers crossed.

I've not been checking in, kinda pointless and depressing when there's not a loss. But on the other hand, glad that I've not been gaining. Started this challenge at 220, was at 218.4 on 1/22 and have been 218.4 since.1
