I need some ideas because my breakfast consists of coffee.

    If you're not a breakfast type person, it will take you some time to get used to preparing/eating breakfast; it's a brain habit thing. You want a high protein high calorie breakfast. You most likely have gone up to 9 hours without eating, if you go to bed at 9 or 10pm and you're up by 6 or 7am. The easiest way to work your way into becoming a breakfast person is, like every change you decide to make, baby steps.

    Hard boiled Eggs are the easiest to prepare and can be done the night before or, cook a dozen for the week. Eat them with toast, english muffins or on the go right from the shell. I mash some up with Mayo or Miracle Whip and mix with bacon bits (cook the bacon and crush them. Don't use pre-packaged, they are nasty) and spread on toast or english muffins. If you're in a rush, just throw some peanut butter on some bread and wrap it around a banana, now you have a Banana Breakfast Taco and it goes great with coffee. Just keep in mind, protein is the way to go with breakfast....
