I'm in! My goal will be to lose 15 pounds by August 29, 2018. I am recovering from the flu and need some motivation and challenge. Happy Spring to members of this group.0

I joined the challenge on the 14th, as of today, the 17th, I dropped my weight from 184.9 to 182.7 lbs. Still on Keto and 22:2 IF, eating about 1200 calories a day. Hope I don’t have to over eat during the weekend with family. Goal is still 165 lbs. let’s motivate each other and lose the weight together.0

I am not doing any exercise, just eating a keto+OMAD(One Meal A Day) diet and mixing it with fasting once in a while.
Just started my dry fast last Saturday night (had dinner as my last meal on Saturday), and not going to eat or drink anything at all until Tuesday night (at least that's the goal). So far I am already down to around 178 lbs, by tomorrow night, when I break my fast for dinner, I could be around 175 lbs. Would likely gain some water weight back after breaking my fast, but probably will stabilize at around 177 lbs. We will see.0 -
