Day 1

I'm starting over today. I have let life's struggles keep me from my goal. When I looked up I gained 10 lbs. So my almighty God woke me up this morning and gave me a new day to start again. So today is Day 1. Please give me some motivating words.

    1. The race is not given to the swift nor the strong, but the one that endureth to the end. Start slow 30 mins a day 5 days a week. And, change your diet one thing at a time. For example (I will drink at least 5 glasses of water a day).

    2. Remember we can do all things through Christ who gives us strength.

    I think I just let others problems take over what I need to do for myself. My kids, my husband, my work ( or lack there of) , and anything I can to avoid working on me. Bout time I get through with everyone else I am tired.

    But I say every day I will take. An hour to myself 30 exercise, 15 meditate, and 15 absolutely nothin time. Lol. My meditation started yesterday. A 21 day relationship meditation challenge. Which helps me gets focus.
