    Mornin' BBB.

Maybe last day of snow shoeing before all the snow melts away.

I would vote for Vietnamese with the need for "cleansing" of the house.

Mary, some veterinarians specialize in breeding dogs, doing artificial insemination (I'm not a fan) and all that. I am familiar enough with the science of canine reproduction that I help time breedings for optimal fertilization, but it is not a special interest that I advertise. I was just doing fellow field trialers a favor.

Sorry I missed holy wing day...I had sushi and a sapporo beer. I do luv me sum wings, though.

    Morning~

    TGI*kitten*F!

    Long week.

HH with builder and team this afternoon.

Lots to catch up with school - spring break almost over.

    Raine - hows the house?
Bob - good to see you!
SGM - the cast color is perfect for you! Ducks green! Good stuff! Hope recovery continues to go well.
Sam/Dennis - we should try to link up when I'm in ATL in a few weeks. Lunch at Murphs near the stadium or something.... Would be great to meet you Sam, and reconnect with you too Dennis!

    Cheers for a TGIF day!

    Good morning, BBB!

My WW group surprised me yesterday with an early b-day gift! They'd filled a bag with all kinds of little "punny" things, but the main gift was a wooden "L". On it, each person had signed their name and written a word that they'd use to describe me. I love it! They are so totally thoughtful! They presented me with it at the end of the meeting.

Tonight is our date night, and I'm trying to think of something special to do to make it "birthday edition". It's horrible that I haven't come up with anything! I was really hoping we could make a comedy show in town, but it's sold out for the entire weekend. The best I can think of is doing some shopping .. I need shoes for the wedding. Not too exciting, though.

    Good morning, folks.

I'm just going to say that being a grown-up sucks. With board meetings yesterday afternoon, I was unable to sit in a bar all day eating wings and drinking beer.

Instead, I was forced to have buffalo chicken tenders - so I wouldn't get sauce in my nails and stained cuticles - and Diet Coke. And the sauce wasn't that good.

    *cries*

Dinner at the Rotary night meeting was corned beef and cabbage & red potatoes. So, I'm covered for this year. Good thing since I'm hoping to rectify the wing problem tomorrow.

So, what do you do as a facilitator, Lee? Dial down the lights and play some Barry White music?

Well, timing of the breedings mostly, Lou. This is done by observation of the female, vaginal smears, +/- progesterone levels. But once the dogs are tied, usually one or two people hold and calm the dogs so they don't cause themselves extreme discomfort by twisting around. Discomfort during the tie may dampen their desire for the next time. The good old days of just putting dogs together to get it done is still an option, but with proper timing you can insure a good sized litter and get a pretty solid due date.

Somehow I thought this might be TMI...

    Good morning BBB crew.

Made it to choir practice last night. We're singing "The Hallelujah Chorus" as a postlude on Easter. Last night was the first time I have had that music in my hands in 50 years - still remembered most of it. Funny how memory works.

    Have a great day, folks.

    Good Morning TGIF

Oh, I like that one Dave, and also Jesus Christ Has Risen Today (old school fav). So many of the old hymns are so moving, joyous, emotional.

    TP's for the bridge victims.

Busy day wrapping up loose ends in the office for my week away.

    Here's to the home sellers!

Be good, be safe, be happy BBB

    Good Morning!

Rain in Kansas today! Every single county in Kansas has some sort of drought designation. They say that is a first.

Remember those in the Florida bridge collapse in prayer.

    Have a great day!

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • I could comment on the dog mating ritual but Lou would probably be offended so I'm not going there.
    • "HH with builder and team this afternoon." Brilliant, I wish I had thought of that. Kind of hard to say no to the man buying you drinks.
    • Steph is flying the corporate jet. And I knew her when.
    • Let it rain in Kansas.
    • Dave, I would like to hear your Hallelujah Chorus. I am sure it will be moving.
    • Skip, we'll find a time to get together when you are in town. You in Sam?
    • Stay safe in Baltimore Mary and enjoy some great Chesapeake Bay seafood.
