squat: 636N 4 sets of 3, 1 set of 2.5

bench: 352N 5x5

row: 341N 5x5

I like Newtons, they give me nice big numbers :flowerforyou:

(to convert from lb to Newtons, if you're on earth, divide by 2.2 then x10. From kg to Newtons, if you're on earth, just x10. If you're not on earth, google what the gravity is on whatever planet or moon you're on.)

I also think it would be amusing, the next time someone complains about the units of weight used by the site, if a bunch of physics nerds go in there and demand the whole site to be converted in Newtons, because that's the SI unit for weight....

    DL - 711 N 5x5

    Bench - 289 N 5 x 5

Big rock lift - 511 N 1 RM (so far)

    Shoulder Atlas stone - 334 N

    Hip Atlas stone - 445 N

I have lost over 13 N since I set up my ticker. I shall demand SI units from now on!

And now I want Fig Newtons.

and yay for Newtons and Fig Newtons :) (although I don't think I've eaten actual fig newtons, just Arab imitation varieties of them)
