What's on your mind today?

Here's where you can share what's on your mind. Recipes, ideas, workouts, anything that you think might be helpful to others.
Maybe, you've tried something that has worked for you in the past and would like to share it with the group. Maybe, you have a NSV (Non Scale Victory) that you would like to share with the group. Anything that you feel comfortable sharing or anything that you feel comfortable asking the group with help....this is the place to come.
The GOOD!! What NSV did you have this week!!
The BAD!! So what....you ate the whole thing!!
The UGLY!! That darn scale went through the window this week....it deserved it too!!
So, what's on your mind today??

I have a question, I count steps on my tracker and it uploads to MFP. It's over the amount of exercise minutes but it shows in steps. Will that cause me issues with this challenge?0

@KobiHensley I don't see why your method of measurement should be a problem. We all keep track with our own systems and/or devices. If you know you are over in minutes, then regardless of your steps, you are welcome to answer in this manner:
Calories: under my limit, or "yes"
Tracking (calories and exercise): yes
Exercise: yes, 3500 steps (or whatever)
Ok?

Hey just a question. The rule is to be under or equal to your calories each day, so for eg, 1800 calories. If my calories to burn each day is 2200 and I ate more than my daily calories allowance, say 1900 calories. Can I intentionally exercise more to burn off that extra 100 calories , so at 2300 calories instead , to offset my going beyond the calorie limit ? Would that be within the rule Or would that still be considered a pass that day ?0

You exercise more, you log it, and you're within your allowance. Simple as that, it's valid.2 -

Thanks! Didn’t realise that was ok.
