Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

I was thinking about how much more natural outdoor exercise/calorie burn I get in the summer compared to last night just sitting in a recliner watching TV.
While searching for a summertime exercise photo, I discovered this one. I love it.
Have a great or I hope you had a great Saturday!

@RangerRickL enjoy summertime exercise. I'm not sure why (maybe less summer social events) but I seem to always be more focused in the winter.

    My catching up
April 18 - Yes x 3 - Yoga done on my rest day.
April 19 - Yes x 3. Parked car further away so I got in a good walk to work and back.
    April 20 - Pass day .
April 21 - Pass day - not got butt off couch, but within calories and tracked.

For my something new, I'm going to switch my workouts to the morning and see if that will be better for me for a while. Lets see how that goes.

Yes - so much easier to get exercise in during the summer. In addition to the weather, summer school is a much shorter workday with no work outside of school hours.

@craigo3154 congrats on the good race today!

I was able to go on a short walk to the park with my goddaughter today! She is 18 months and toddler speed was perfect for me. First walk since October!!! It was so exciting for both of us. She went down her first sliding board today!
Exercise- yes, 40 mins arms and legs and 2 slow walks about 15 mins each.
    Calories- under
    Tracking - yes

Yes x 3 with a strength session but I think I have injured something attached to my collar bone. It was hurting a bit for a couple of days but seemed better today. I went ahead with my workout, did everything slowly and carefully and thought all was well. Tonight I'm in serious pain though. Meh! Ice and rest. Hope it goes away fast.

I’ve got two beautiful grandchildren here at my house tonight! I love being a grandfather. I took them to see a very unusual movie, “Isle of Dogs.”
It’s weird but interesting. The kids had expected not to like it, but they did. In fact, my 12 year old granddaughter declared it to be “the best.”

One hour tennis, pushed it much more than usual so feeling great about that. Husband and I did enjoy going to a Brazilian steakhouse for a belated meal. I'm pretty sure I tracked accurately, stayed away from sauces and carbs, lol actually hit a protein goal for once. Definitely the lightest Brazilian I've ever had, didn't leave feeling disgusting and stuffed. Even wrapped up the evening with a dog walk to help digestion!
