Exercise - yes, 40 mins walk to the beach and back between the April showers.
Calorie budget - yes, fasted till dinner and then enjoyed a large homemade pizza, salad, garlic bread and cake. (Classic diet foods huh!)
Tracking - yes
So not the best start to the month or to resuming the accountability challenge, but at least I know I can't afford to go easy at any other point in the month. Weighed myself to provide a start point so I can track how things go in April. 83.1Kg (which means I've put back on all the weight I lost last summer :-( ). However I have moved forward because I understand the reasons why I over eat much more, although I am not sure that I have yet overcome the reasons, but a little accountability is part of my plan.

Sounds impossible but I have seen them break and people fall, from faulty carabiners. And yes I really mean carabiners that snapped.

5 mile walk with the pups and later in the evening, a two mile walk to the pub and back. Larry leaves for England today so we had a play day yesterday. Lots of fun

No
Had to spend the best part of the day at hospital for a procedure and had to eat when and how I was told so ended up out of whack. Tomorrow is another day.

I am feeling better. I have bursitis in my hips now. Trying to get inflammation down. Ran a bit the other day. Have been walking...and Thurs will get into the pool and see how the kicking does. Food is off...but did plan it all out for Wednesday.6
