Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
3 thrusters
3 chest-to-bar pull-ups/ scaled is jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups
6 thrusters
6 chest-to-bar pull-ups
9 thrusters
9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
12 thrusters
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
15 thrusters
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
18 thrusters
18 chest-to-bar pull-ups
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.
Men use 100 lb/ scaled is 65 lbs
Women use 65 lb / scaled is 45 lbs

I plan on doing this workout at 12 today. I'm going to try RX. I cannot do C2B pull ups but I will try.0

Well a disappointing 18.5 so far. I did my 3 thrusters and spent the remaining time trying to do a chest to bar. I even went back that evening to practice and I'm like 0-60 now. Each time I'm like 1-2 centimeters away for the bar. Literally that close. Monday I will do it again and this time go scaled with the kipping pull ups but still use the RX weight for the thrusters.
I hope you guys are killing it.1 -
Redid the workout. I did RX weight and kipping pull-ups. I got a score of 61.0

Huzzah! I scaled down to ring rows for this. I can't do a pull up without a couple of thick bands, so he suggested I do ring rows so I can keep moving. I got 49 reps.

Good job, you have to start from some where. I have been doing ring row work also to work on using my lats and exploding through the rings. This will hopefully help me with that last pull I need for chest to bar pull-ups.0 -
You seem to be on your way, keep it going. It's so weird, bc it looks like such an easy thing to do. Same with kipping pullups. I know they are difficult, but man, people make it look like nothing lol.0
