Here’s what’s planned for our April weekly challenges!

If you are new to our group, we have an email reminder system in place. If you’d like to get an email when a new weekly challenge is posted, just email me at: ‪buildinghealthyhabits2@gmail.com and I'll add you to the list.

Please consider sharing our weekly challenges with your MFP friends. It’s always great to have more people join us!

April Challenges

April 2 - April 8: Theme: Healthy Eating
Challenge: The Outer Ring

The outer ring of the grocery store is typically where you’ll find the healthiest and least processed foods in the store. This week, let’s spend a little more time perusing and choosing foods from the outer ring!

April 9 - April 15: Theme: Healthy Practices
Challenge: Spring Declutterfest 2018!

One of of most popular weekly challenges is back! Whether you've got spring cleaning to do, a lawn or garden to prep, a closet that's overflowing, or a garage that's spun out of control, let's take this week to focus on some key house projects and get 'em done. You will feel great afterwards!

April 16 - April 22: Theme: Greater Happiness
Challenge: Random Acts of Kindness

Kindness. Generosity. Unexpected and random acts intended solely to brighten someone’s day. These small acts can have a big impact and they can also make us feel great. It’s our focus this week!

April 23 - April 30: Theme: Exercise and Movement
Challenge: Make Your Week Harder

Dr Mike Evans developed and promotes the concept of "Make Your Day Harder" by looking for opportunities to add a few more steps and a little more activity to your daily routine. This week, let's extend his terrific concept to a full week!
