I think I am going to start going to the gym 5 days a week and doing my 30ds in the evening. Right now I go to the gym and do 30 min of cardio 3 days a week and then the 30ds at night. But I feel like I need to do more. This all could be my hormones talking too, ha ha as that TOM is coming soon and I always seem to get the exercise bug during that time (its actually when I decided to start mfp too) and its always the hardest to exercise during that time.
Maybe Im crazy, maybe Im not. Ill try it for 5 days in a row and see how I feel at the end of it.

perhaps wait until TOM has left and see if you still feel like it. He can be a bugger sometimes tricking us like that. last time i had TOM round he did nothing but convince me to eat lots of chocolate and i had a tummyache.
i only went for a BG walk yesterday and im dead. im having to wait until half 9 to see if my legs are stll working enough to even DO 30DS today.

I run 5-6 mornings a week and do 30DS 5 days on/1 off along with interval running with my husband.............so it's really personal preference. If you can do it and want to then great!!! Don't get burned out, though, by doing too much too soon.0

I second this...slow and steady wins the race. Be carful about doing too much too soon because then you might not be doing any at all0 -
Thanks! Im going to try it out for this week only ( I wont go to the gym sat/sun, but I still will do the 30ds mon-sat), and see how I feel at the end of it. If I feel okay, I will keep doing it, if I feel otherwise, I will cut back to 3 days a week at the gym, with 6 days a week for 30ds.
