I removed and readded my fitbit tracker App from MFP and that gave me a sync, but I sure don't wanna do that every day -- !!6 -
This is annoying... this is one of my ways to stay motivated:(2

Never fails whenever the Myfitnesspal app updates there are issues...my fitbit has not synced since the recent update. It is annoying...everything is set up properly - have logged out of both APPS and logged back in still not syncing...i guess i will try to uninstall the myfitnesspal app and try to install hoping that might help???4

yeah, not synching and really annoying at this point. I tried everything that the web site lists at https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/1427466-what-if-data-doesn-t-appear-to-be-syncing-from-fitbit-to-myfitnesspal- and still nothing.2

not synching for me unless i uninstall and reinstall the app.1

Won't sync for me, either.0

It broke today for me too, but at least the Fitbit app shows me how many calories I have left.0

In the same boat.
Its amazing just how irrationally angry one can get when you can't see how many calories you have remaining.....10 -
Support article says they caught up on the backlog (as of earlier today) but are still having syncing issues.

Same for me, alta is not syncing from yesterday. It's so demotivating!0

I'm in Eastern daylight savings time with a Charge2. There is info as of 10am for me, then no more. Here's hoping it gets fixed soon!

Easter Sunday trying to walk to add calories so I can eat my egg and no sync this is not good! Come on! not my fitness pal today!1
-
There are quite a few bugs now. I have been working with the support group via email because map my run does not show up in the newsfeed automatically any more. Now I can't upload photos nor update recipes. Along with the fitbit not syncing. I sent them another email with the list. I am sure they are working hard to close the gaps in this new update...1

This. Yes. I have to apologise to my family for NSI (no sync induced) pissiness...

Very annoying. I ate 2300 calories yesterday. I got no credit for my 15000 steps. And it still is having issues even after I uninstall and reinstall the apps. It sync once, then it stops and won't sync until I uninstall and reinstall again.

Today of all days!! lol.0 -
I had to disconnect both apps from each other then reconnect and it FINALLY worked. But I lost credit for all step yesterday.0
-
So annoying...got plenty of steps yesterday to cover my "overage", but without syncing, I was in the red again!2
-
Mine synced yesterday extremely early but then stopped, I did the fix today of revoking then reclaiming access which resolved for accumulated steps but then again has topped, which is impracticable for everyday use. Which led me here anyone any answers before I delete mfp?0
-
According to the help article, it looks like it could take a week for full functionality to come back. They say don't disconnect and reconnect, as this only backs up the backlog further. It is extremely frustrating right now.3

Sync hasn't worked since yesterday for me. However, if I unlink and re-link fitbit on the MFP app then it syncs. However, it is annoying to have to do this manually every time.
These are the steps that I take to sync manually:
1. Go on Iphone MFP app
2. Go to Apps & Devices
3. Click on 'connected'
4. Click on fitbit tracker
5. Click Disconnect
6. Wait then click Connect
7. Takes you to browser version of MFP app
8. Click on fitbit tracker and disconnect
9. Click on fitbit tracker and reconnect
10. Do select all to allow tracking of all
11. Go back to MFP iphone app and you will notice that it will update
I have had to go through 11 steps 4 times today lol0 -
Don’t know if this helps, but I just manually entered my “active” minutes. Still in the red today, but meh! I figured I would after our meal.0

mine is not syncing. I changed my password due to the data breach could that be it?0
-
I’m having sync issues as well. I’ve been trying all day to do the steps, disconnect/reconnect etc, and I’ve deleted and reinstalled both apps. I’ve always been able to fix it before through those steps but now I can’t.
AND YET if I enter enough exercise in order to correct for my overage, it overrides minutes in Fitbit and I lose steps over there. Annoying!0 -
Mine is not syncing either and I am relieved to learn that I am not alone. I notice there is an article in the tech help section stating that some maintenance issue is causing problems.0
-
Yep. I'm annoyed too. But glad to know it isn't just me. My issues started the day after the data breach was announced..hmmmm.0
