Hi all,
I hope you've all had a good weekend, and are ready for another committed week.
We're 6 weeks in now, has anyone started to notice the difference?

CW: 173.8!!!!! I don't even know how many times I checked! I kept getting on the scale over and over again and moving it, because I just couldn't believe it. Still, every time it read 173.8

When I converted 118kg, it was 260.145?

OK. So I've figured out Sundays are my weakness. If I can stay away from the restaurants on Sundays, I should be golden. I lost 7.5lbs this week. The trick was, I had huge Sunday lunch AND a pretty big dinner late in the evening because of birthday festivities. (Man, still can't believe I'm 35). So most of that weight was excess food/water and I lost most of it within a few days last week.
Now that I have that nailed down, I know what to watch for and what to do about it. Have a good week all!0 -
I am not weighing in this week either. I took a break from the scale for 3 weeks. But, I will start weigh ins again next Monday. Hope you all had a great weekend!0

omg I normally weigh in on Mondays and I have been forgetting all week! ahhh I hope this isn't going to be a normal thing for me. I set an alarm on my clock and will weigh in this evening after my dance practice!0

Im going to weigh in for the sake of weighing in but I really hope that some of this was because I weighed in off my normal schedule. I normally weigh in Monday evenings before I eat dinner and this time it was Thursday night after I ate dinner. I also had a rough weekend last weekend due to a bachelorette party so I hope most of this if not all plus some will come off by next weeks weigh in.
