Hi All,
I am in the luckly position of having alot of free time so I could exercise a lot. Currently I am doing the a shapers each day Mon-Fri and around 20/30 mins cardio each day Mon-Fri. I can't do more that 30 mins cardio in one go yet as my fitness level it not high enough.
So the question is how long should I wait between my first 30 mins cardio session and my next 30 mins cardio session within the same day?
Also once I can do 1 hours cardio in one session (increasing 5 mins each week as per the book) should I / can I try and do more cardio later on in a 2nd session?

Absolutely increase your exercise as you are comfortable. If I was able to do two cardio sessions then I would do one in the morning and then one later afternoon. Just to keep the metabolic rate up.
Hope this helps.0 -
Thanks Lilylee757.
Seems this group is a bit slow. How are you getting on with CTL and your own journey?0
