How accurate is run keeper?

    Just started using it since my Garmin keeps crashing...seems accurate enough, but might use the 2 together to know for sure!

    Think it is pretty accurate - depends on your GPS signal. I've used Strava and miCoach and the distances have all been consistent with them for the same runs. I like the detail you get from RunKeeper.

    I'm mostly using it for cycling and have found it extremely accurate for speed and distance.

    What aspect are you concerned about as regards accuracy?

    GPS apps are pretty accurate now, all down to the hardware in your phone but very comparable to the likes of a Garmin. Obviously the functionality is vastly different but the GPS trace should be the same.
