Just thought I would share.

Growing up my mother never ever fed us sweet potatoes, so they were just never part of my diet. However, I have started eating one every day for the last 7-10 days and my charlie horses and contractions have STOPPED! Just in case anyone else out there is struggling with those nasty things, I thought I would share a little wisdom. Sweet Potatoes are packed with potassium and vitamins and taste so good with a little cinnamon and Splenda. There it is.

I love using foods to treat symptoms, especially in pregnancy!!! Watermelon is also loaded with potassium and is in season, so that is a win!!! Apple Cider vingear is helping keep water retention at bay as well.
Thanks! I am going to put sweet potatos on the grocery list for this week. That sounds delicious and so good for you!!0 -
