Half Marathon or Marathon + Triathlon Training?

Hi All.
I have been running for over 20 years on-off; about 5 days/week for the last 6.5 years. I love running distance. I am not really fast, but I can consistently meet my race goals. And I am happy with the amount of time I need to train + result. I am lucky in that I have never had a major injury; but I feel like if I want to continue running, I need to cross-train. So I decided to sign up for a sprint triathlon to motivate me. I completed 1 last year and signed up for 2 more this year. Last year, it was at the end of July and I took a distance running break after my marathon in April. This year, I need to integrate both the Half-Marathon training + triathlon training. (Later this year it may be marathon training + triathlon training). Most plans I look at include 2 days each Running, Swimming, Biking. I don't think that my biking and/or swimming training pieces are enough to replace the running I need. And Can anyone recommend a good training plan?
Thanks,
Shannon

The two triathletes I know do doubles most days - swimming in the morning and then running or bike in the evening or they do a brick workout on weekends. They seem to end up with at least 4 days for each kind of workout each week.0

Thanks Spiriteagle! I don't think I need 4 days/week of biking and/or swimming for the sprint triathlons, but maybe I will run 4/days a week and follow a normal running plan. I will just include swimming or biking 2 of those days.0
