Do you participate in uberEats?
Two eggs over hard; wheat toast; turkey bacon and coffee please.
Funeral today for fallen VFW comrade. Too jammed to get out of office to attend - but plan on seeing mates tonight to raise a glass in his honor.

Good Morning,
So much to do yesterday did not get chance to check in, stuff piled up from where I was out; still do not have replacement to train so I'm not worried about it. They will learn once I'm gone. 2 month ends, 75 days and have to work 44 of them.
Yoga yesterday in which one bragged about BP down to 110/69 another showed me they could squat, then bend over and touch floor while legs straight; reckon it is worth the effort.
Kitchen should be completed by Saturday, folks just do not have work ethic that we saw years ago. Next time I'll do work myself even though DW thinks its too much.
Prayers continue for Moody family, Lee's friend, Steve's friend and Lisa.
Dave follow doctor's instructions, I stopped wearing split before advised and cancelled doctor appointment; not advised. Hand is fine now except for arthritis which is causing knots on joints, twisted fingers and sometimes do not want to function.
Mary, if possible will see you in January; we never know what weather will be, could be snow or sunny in upper 70's.
Enjoy the Day,
Sam I am0 -
Mary, it was smart to stay out of that sandbox. There are some nice swings and monkey bars over on the other side, and less kitten poo. Did you have a good weigh in? We had lots of snowbirds return yesterday, which made meetings fun and loud and big and robust.
Speaking of that, here's a cool story. One of our members last night has no access to any technology - no computer, no phone. Her husband doesn't "allow" it (don't get me started ... oy). So, last week she'd asked the group for food ideas, since she cannot get on our fb page where we share lots, nor can she go to any website, including WW. The room decided that this week they'd print some of their favorite recipes, and bring them in for her. To add to that, one anonymous person even made a beautiful little photo album into a WW recipe book, complete with a personalized vision board as the cover! So, she went home with a huge stack of recipes that those in the room eat regularly and love, an awesome book to keep it all in, and proof that she IS LOVED and that she MATTERS to us. How awesome is that???!! Yes, there were tears.
Dave, don't overdo it tying those shoes! Take it slow. Maybe only 2 ties per day, just to be safe.
Lou, it sounds like you've been a great help to that company!
Raine, I hope your lunch with your friend was wonderful! There is a local guy here who makes tamales and sells them from a carnival truck at the farmers market each week throughout the summer. I can't wait for him to appear again! He might pop up somewhere for Tulip Time, which is just around the corner, too. His tamales are the best in town, for sure!
Steve, I get the weather angst. It's supposed to be 62 today, and then we're looking at snow in the next couple days again.
Kelly, when you say "long day", how many hours do you paint in a day? I'll bet that's a great workout!
I like my bacon crispy, Dennis!
Honor his memory, Skip!
Steph, I hope you get to eat regularly today! I'd have crossed the line into "stupid-hungry", as we call it in my meetings, where I do stupid things in the name of hungry.
I get to take Anabelle to school this morning, which totally makes my day. The last time I did, she clung to my arm and seemed so proud to show me off to the kids at school. Then WW, then Bible study tonight.
Hugs all around!

I do stupid hungry too
Lisa, you have a great caring group. I will be cleaning until 1030. Painting from 1030 until probably 5. Up and down the ladder. Tall ceilings at this place.
Sam, one would think you’ve got a countdown clock!!
Lee, let’s just THINK about a big dog that is a minimal shedder or non shedder. Just thinking.0 -

Good morning.
Heard back from the headhunter. They want to come to the city to meet me for lunch tomorrow. I made my availability difficult because I'm not going to jeopardize the job I have for the job I'm not sure I want. Apparently, he didn't want to do a Saturday morning meeting.
So, in this rare case, the mountain is coming to *censored by WW Customer Service because we don't say things like that these days*.
Get a goat, Kelly. They're like Roomba for your lawn.0 -
Good Morning BBB.
Finishing my part of taxes today although the accountant is filing an extension. At least my part will be done.
Predicted to be warm today and tomorrow but the rain and snow over the weekend.
Sam, they will be scrambling when you are gone.
Lisa - that’s a wonderful story what a great group.
Kelly - that’s a lot of work and an incredible amount of calories burned.
Do good out there everybody.0 -
Good morning everybody
I'm with Sam Labradoodle! Maddie girl is a very smart dog!
What time is breakfast Dennis? That's kind of morning I need, just to hang out and have some breakfast and coffee and good conversation.
Nice visit with my girlfriend over Thai last night and I was down 3.4 pounds that was fun too.
Interesting to see where this will go Lou. Make them up the ante they should have gone with you the first time
Lisa your members are very lucky to have you and each other. We had a sub last night she was pretty good!. I likely talk too much at my meeting, oh well imagine that. Hey I'm getting my money's worth that's my therapy.
How many showers have you taken Dave and have you scrubbed skin off that hand yet? . Maybe I'm getting a little too personal.
Are da peas coming up Bob?
Up and down that ladder would probably kill me Good Luck Kelly
Sam it's hard to see someone do less than quality work and you're paying for it I get it, sigh. I'm counting down the days with you on retirement you are one lucky man. I vote send mother-in-law 2 days a week to play some cards at the retirement center or something.
Raine any Lookers on the house? They pushing a price reduction yet that's usually there next step ? I know my girl said if there's not a offer in 30 days she's got to lower the price...my response was then I guess you better sell the house before 30 days.
Be safe,.
Think happy be happy!

Good Morning!
Busy times in KC, but at least until the weekend, it is warmer. I don't understand this winter/faux spring. It is always snowiest and coldest on the weekend. 80 yesterday, 80 today, 40 on Sat/Sun, with snow possible on Sun. Very heavy sigh....
Dave, hope the healing is going well!
(((Moody family)))
Have a great day!
Steve

Good morning BBB crew.
The cast is off! But it has been replaced by a removable plastic splint/brace that I will will wear for another five weeks. Physical therapy for the next two weeks consists of trying to touch my fingertips with my thumb. Not much danger of doing too much; pain is a marvelous limiting factor.
A bit distressed when I checked in at the doctor's office. They took my height and weight, and I found I am now 1.5 inches shorter than I have been in more than 50 years. For years, they have just asked me my height, without actually measuring. I am the incredible shrinking man.
Heading to Social Security, with DW, this morning. We'll take a number and wait for an incredibly long time, so they can add her birth certificate and our marriage license to her Medicare application file. Fortunately, hurry-up-and-wait is a lifestyle in the Army, and my 24 years of service made me an expert practitioner. Now, if the SSA office just had a vacant corner where I could flop down and take a nap (the preferred soldier activity when doing nothing), I'd feel right at home.

I filed for my SS Monday, DW had scheduled an appointment we were in and out in 45 minutes, need to get county to complete forms proving I currently have insurance so I do not have to pay penalty because I did not start Medicare "B" when 65. One would think that since government requires employers to provide insurance and that one is penalized if taking SS before retirement age that SS benefits and Medicare benefits would coincide; nooooo not with our government, it might make sense.
Lou, they could be hard to please and not know what they are looking for. I remember one company that kept wanting me to come work for them but their history showed they replaced controllers at least yearly and sometimes twice yearly. Contracts work

Morning gang
Went out for a drink or two with the store manager last night. Probably had one too many plus spicy wings so running a bit slow this morning. But when you travel alone it is nice to have dinner with someone.
Today will likely be a long day. They are adding more registers here and the tiling won’t be done until mid afternoon and then we have to replace all the fixtures. The consultant is walking tomorrow morning.0
