Looking forward to getting more active and enjoying the weather before it gets too hot!1

My goals are to hopefully lose weight. My SMART Goals are to Exercise/walk for at least 30 minutes a day, drink 5 bottles of water a day (84.5 ounces), and Meditate for 10 minutes a day.
I had trouble getting the MyFitness Account attached to my work email to work on my phone/watch so I am using my home one.
