Good Morning BBB.
Air strikes in Syria - bless our troops.
Rained much of the night here. Cold and windy.
Dinner at one of our old, favorite Italian restaurants. Excellent but I ate too much. Loved every bite. I even ate bread with olive oil and Parmesan cheese and dessert!
Showing here on Thursday and we still have not gotten feedback from the showing agent - just a few questions about the shared driveway.
I was exposed to the crud being around all the bridesmaids at our God daughter’s wedding last weekend - I felt the sickness starting so pounded my “flu bomb” oil combination and nipped it in the bud. Super grateful.
Kelly - if you decide on a Labradoodle be mindful where you get him/her as many are the product of greedy breeding and lack steady temperament.
Steph - I hope you got home safe and on time.
May - I would pick the Ritz and, like Bill said, apply the per diem to moderate the cost.
Sam - I love your approach to working out.
Lou - how did the “interview” go?

- Yes Lou, waiting for the debrief.
- We are expecting a beautiful day here today. We get the rain tomorrow. Loading up the Kindle in preparation.
- Good motorcycle ride with some neighbor guys yesterday. Had lunch at Heavy's BBQ out in the middle of nowhere. It was in the movie "Sweet Home Alabama" as Stella's Roadhouse.
- Both of the guys I was riding with are retired cops. We run into the local sheriff at the BBQ joint. Yada, Yada, Yada.
- Speaking of eating. I've had several days of social eating to excess. Time to buckle down.
- Skip, how about an update on DFIL and the house.

SO is driving into 8 to 10 inches of snow to Minneapolis with his kids.
Pouring rain here turning to sleet, rainsd all night.I'm getting ready for my wedding date with DS2 we're going to have a blast!
Well I missed the boat on all the Atlanta downtown hotels. Day late and a dollar short as they say, they were all sold out. I'm at some Courtyard Marriott for now hoping as time goes I'll get back into the downtown area. I got busy and didn't get back online until towards the end of the day, darn it. I don't get a daily per diem I get you got a receipt I'll reimburse you.

Good morning.
The answer is - he fell victim to a well-orchestrated fishing scam and lost the confidence of the Board. Scammers essentially took over the email server of a vendor and requested a change in their wire transfer info. Company policy was to call & verify changes - he emailed and the scammers confirmed their own change. My understanding is that it wasn't a small amount.
The lunch went well. I went with a fried egg sandwich because it was cheap and most everything else had ham on it. We'll see what happens. I'm interested, but torn. I don't like to leave things unfinished which is what I'd be doing if i left the current gig. And I have long-term concerns about this company in that it's in a field that doesn't have a great future without a strong pivot.0 -
Hi all.
Went to a Polka style 80"s cover band with my college roomate last night. Not something I want to do often but it is qwirky and fun once in a while.
Raining now and turning to snow soon. Blizzard warnings just north of here. When will it be spring.
Lisa I will be flying out of Grand Rapids next Thursday but don't have time to see you but I do plan to be there Tuesday May 1 for sure and maybe Wednesday night too. Does that work for a meet up? Or if you have a meeting that Tuesday or Wednesday maybe I can crash that.0 -
My binge suggestion is Corner Gas. It's a Canadian sitcom. Probably have to find it on you tube as I don't think its on Netflix right now.

Steph, why yes I do! I do a 5:30 in Grandville on Tuesdays (Grandville is right outside Grand Rapids), and then 4 in Holland on Wednesdays: 8am, 9:30, noon, and 5:30. The 5:30 group happens to be my favorite ... don't tell the others.
I'm free on Tuesdays between 9am and my meeting (I leave the house at 4), but on Wednesdays I'm pretty booked until after that 5:30 meeting, which I try to get out of by 7. If you wanted to come to either of the 5:30 meetings, we could just go out for dinner after. Or, if you'd prefer, I could cook. Since you travel so much, maybe you'd prefer that? 0
