TV Fitness- Groupon

I have been a member at TV Fitness in Ferndale for 4 months now and wanted to share that I love the owners/trainers. It's a small gym but I have received such motivation and support from the staff that I have never had before; I actually get excited about working out. :laugh:

While I do not go to this gym (to far from me) I do use TRX. I find it a great break from traditional style workouts
